Fork the restaurant, a special gourmet destination, with an original concept and eclectic design, promises an unforgettable fine dining experience by it’s innovative cuisine, extensive wine list, attentive service and overall genuine hospitality.

An a la carte establishment with the highest standards, offering tasting menus and optional wine pairings, opens its doors for the discerning individual diner, wine connoisseur, romancing couple and small groups alike.

Restaurant Forest

Our main restaurant is ideal for romantic or family dinners, as well as for hosting events of up to 200 guests: weddings, celebrations, festive dinners, receptions, parties, etc. Our menu is a carefully selected mix from both Romanian and Hungarian traditional dishes. It also includes a few refined gourmets from the International selection. Our list of wines is made up of a selection of Romanian and Hungarian names, including a small collection of International wines. All of our wines are uniquely selected so as to complement our traditional dishes.

Lobby Bar

The Lobby bar includes a specially decorated lounge reminiscent of the interbelic period, a fine mix between modern and vintage designs, ideal for you to unwind and socialize.

Gastrolab

The rustic area of the resort includes a restaurant and a terrace, specially designed for traditional dishes pulled right out of the oven. In the evening you may delight yourself with mulled wine, local palinka while warming up by the campfire. You may also try a taste of pork cracklings that is prepared right in front of you. Our concept evolved around traditional flavors infused with a modern touch. We maximize the art of cooking with local products and ingredients, in order to create flavorful dishes in an unexpected way that will bring back childhood memories.
