OPENING HOURS

Grand Santerra Spa is open to everyone who wants recharching and relaxation!  Advance booking is required for non hotel guest!

Monday: 11.00 – 21.00; 19.00 – 21.00 (*ADULTS ONLY, > 14 YEARS);

Tuesday-Sunday: 9.00 – 21.00; 19.00 – 21.00 (*ADULTS ONLY , > 14 YEARS)

Spa procedures

Monday: 11.00 – 19.00; Tuesday – Sunday : 10.00 – 19.00

Fitness – Daily: 8.00-21.00

The fitness room can be used upon prior reservation.

RELAXATION AT GRAND SANTERRA SPA

All treatments include use of our Thermal Circuit: pools and saunas, including the indoor and outdoor relaxation areas.

SPA CHECK-IN

All the guests experiencing treatments: Prior to your appointment time, you are invited and encouraged to use the Thermal Circuit, for a recommend time interval of 1.30- 2:00 hours.

THERMAL CIRCUIT EXPERIENCES: POOLS/SAUNAS

Access is free for all the hotel guests.
Individual packages will be available for groups.
Thermal area consists of a series of hot and cold facilities, indoors and outdoors.

Prices for non hotel guests are available at the reception.

Children at any age, need to be accompanied and supervised by an adult, during the spa time.

For all guests, we recommend to check in advance the availability of the Thermal Circuit in the limit of capacity, for the desired time.

SPA TREATMENTS & SCHEDULE RULES

The treatments are for people of age 16 and over.
Young people, age 16-18, will be accompanied throughout any treatment of an adult parent, so couple room is recommended for such experiences.
Our spa reception will guide you to make the most appropriate choice from the spa menu.
We recommend you to schedule treatments at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability for the preferred time.
For external guests, it is necessary to guarantee your reservation with a credit card.

WELLNESS ACTIVITIES

FITNESS Room is dedicated exclusively to the hotel guests.

For your safety, please only use adequate wear and shoes.
X-Body and Personal trainer sessions need to be booked and are assisted by qualified personnel.

Reservations, prices and Wellness activities schedule are available at the spa reception.

SPA ETIQUETTE

The Spa environment is one of relaxation. Please, respect all Spa guest’s right to privacy and tranquility.

Please, do NOT introduce in the spa::

  • Mobile Phones
  • Tablets, pagers, laptops

The Spa is SMOKE FREE area, including the outdoor Spa areas.
For the Thermal Circuit you need to wear a bathing suit.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please be advised that all guests will complete and sign a health document and use the Spa on their own risk.

If you are not sure about the opportunity of using such facilities for your own health, please to ask your doctor.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation of reservations at least 12 hours before treatment.

50% of the price will be charged for any treatment not cancelled 12 hours before the appointment.

Cancellation within 3 hours will incur a 100% charge.

SPA VOUCHERS

Spa voucher is an ideal gift for anyone. Please check with the spa reception the possibilities for acquisition.
