Dear guests,
\nPlease note that Grand Santerra Spa has two different locations: one dedicated for families with children, and one dedicated for adults.
\nTherefore people under 14 years have ACCESS to the Grand Santerra Spa Kids Friendly, accompanied by at least one adult.
\nPeople over 14 have access to both locations.<\/p>

    Advance booking is required for non hotel guest by phone at 0790307120 or by e-mail at: spa@balvanyosresort.ro.
    \nAccess is for 3 hours in thermal area: pools, hydromassage, saunas, steam bath, salt room.
    \nThe entrance fee includes the towel rental, and for towels received at the Spa reception, a guarantee fee of 50 lei is charged.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Adults (Friday- Sunday) 120 RON<\/li>\n
    • For children age 7-16 years old (Monday-Thursday) 60 RON<\/li>\n
    • For children age 7-16 years old (Friday -Sunday) 90 RON<\/li>\n
    • Free of charge for children age 1-6 years old.<\/li>\n
    • Extra hour (Monday-Thursday) 15 RON<\/li>\n
    • Extra hour (Friday -Sunday) 30 RON<\/li>\n
    • Bathrobe rental 20 RON<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Sunbed usage rules: <\/strong>please do not occupy the sunbeds if you are not using them and if you are not in the pool area.
      \nWe reserve the right to release sunbeds that are not used for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n
